This Zermatt hotel is situated approximately 10 minutes on foot from Matterhorn Golf club and not far from the Parish Church of St. Mauritius. The Butterfly Zermatt is also 2.2 km from such natural sights as The Matterhorn Mountain. The accommodation is located in a quiet location near a mountain. There is the Gornergrat nearly a 15-minute ride away.

The Hotel Butterfly, BW Signature Collection in Zermatt was a delightful retreat during my recent city trip. From the moment we arrived, the warm and friendly staff made us feel right at home, even preparing take-away food for our early departure! the location is superb - just a short walk from both the train station and the city center, making it convenient for exploring. the chalet-style room was spacious with a balcony offering stunning views of the Matterhorn, plus a big screen smart TV for some evening relaxation. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast with a variety of choices to fuel our day's adventures. the shared lounge and garden provided a peaceful escape, and the wellness area with a Finnish sauna was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of skiing. Although we were eager to catch the sunrise over the Matterhorn, we found it a bit challenging as the hotel was locked early in the morning. Nonetheless, this minor inconvenience didn't overshadow our overall fantastic experience at the Hotel Butterfly. If you're looking for a cozy Alpine escape with modern amenities and a touch of Swiss hospitality, the Hotel Butterfly, BW Signature Collection is definitely a top choice in Zermatt.
